People have been enjoying ice-cream made by Miele's of Forres since 1930.

Miele's of Forres can be found at 28 High Street, Forres, where we have been making our traditional Dairy Ice-Cream for over 70 years. We are still making ice-cream to the original recipe created by the present generation's grandfather.

Although the premises have changed over the years, our aim is to build on a tradition, which now spans three generations, and continue in giving our customers the quality product and friendly service that they have grown accustomed to.

Miele's of Forres use only natural ingredients in the manufacture of our Dairy Ice-Cream which creates an excellent taste every time. We use locally produced fresh milk as a base for our famous Vanilla falvour, and our range of flavours is continually changing. We even create flavours for special events - e.g. Champagne flavour and Scotland Blue - in all at present, we offer a choice of 34 flavours.

We also make our own Ice-Cream Cakes for all occassions - for the Year 2000 we made The Miele-inium Dome Desert!

The Café is located on Forres High Street at No. 28. The shop trades under the name of The Northern Fish Restaurant, and is renowned for its quality Fish 'n' Chips. Our meals can be enjoyed in our restaurant or you can take-away and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Forres, famous as a regular winner of the Britain in Bloom competition.

Forres is a small town in the North-East of Scotland. This area is often referred to as The Riviera of the North. We are near Nairn, which is only 10 miles away (it was a favourite holiday destination for Charlie Chaplin). Forres has many beautiful parks and walks, and Findhorn Beach is only 3 miles away.
